Car is non running- pistons and head were damaged due to overmachining, car was to be traded then fixed then traded for another car.
he's had the car for a couple weeks and has been working on it and its giving him trouble. I wiil find out tomorrow if he is gonna give up in which i'll get the car back more or less in same condition he picked it up in. he is a buddy of mine so im happy either way.
if i do get the car back however i will be keeping it for sale for the right buyer. NADA values this car around $4000 and dealers can sell them for aound $6000 given the motor situation i'm thinkin $2000 and am pretty firm. These things are hard to find in decent shape on this coast and this one is nice. POWER SUNROOF, FACTORY ARM REST, MTECH 1 STEERING WHEEL(3ACCENTS), M SHIFT KNOB, minimal body blemishes aside from faded roof paint(big woop)
