Pepper sauce thread

What pepper sauces do you like and what are they good with?

My favorites:


Bottle of green Tobasco in one hand, Qdoba queso burrito with chicken, black beans, pico, extra hot salsa and cheese in the other. pour it on heavy and enjoy love it!

Red Tobasco mixed in with ketchup for dipping my Quesadilla burger from Applebees and for french fries.

Matouk's Calypso Sauce, I have only seen it available in the Caribbean. Awesome on spaghetti, or just about anything. The ingredients aren't too much more than mustard+red pepper sauce and onion powder . :hitler:
Mustard+red tobasco creates a similar effect

What do you like? I'd like some ideas on what foods and pepper sauces go well together.

I like Tapatio, Tabasco, and La Victoria hot sauce on tacos.

4000x hotter than Tabasco.

Does that have a smoke taste to it? I am not a big fan of things that taste smokey like Taco Bell's new Fire Roasted Salsa stuff they have but Tobasco stuff is tasty so I may have to pick up a bottle and try it

Tapatio on nacho doritos w/ lemon juice... childhood snack of a mexican buddy of mine, it's bangin'. And on most everything else that needs hot sauce.
Sriracha on anything and everything thai.

yeah thats the chipotle stuff. Its fucking awesome in tomato soup

ah, yes, spaghetti-o's are disgusting, somehow I ended up with a can in my cupboard, but red tobasco made it tolerable so I can see what you are saying there, I'll have to give that a shot.
