I wanted to start a thread to share some of the results of over a year long project. I don't have time to do a full write up right now so I'll start with a picture to let people see how she sits today...

I have overhauled and updated so many parts of this car it's not even funny. A few highlights:
This car was built primarily by Castros Customs as well as myself and karzrtoyz. Thanks to EVERYBODY who has provided parts, advice, free labor, expertise, etc...
1992 Mtech2 Vert in Alpine White 2 with WORKING power top!

Rear seat tops refinished in black Vinyl for durability-no cracks or splitting, lowers original black leather, no cracks, damage
Fresh Dash, HVAC, Sony stereo with remote, AUX in for iPod, matching red display, removable face plate
Mtech 2 (small diameter wheel),

M3 Short Shift (e46?)
5 Speed conversion with lightweight flywheel and fresh clutch, rebuilt driveshaft, 3.73LSD!

Fresh bushings (IE) pretty much everywhere! Control arms, CABs, Subframes
Fresh rotors, pads, SS lines, fluid, painted gloss black calipers
//M colored shift boot and ebrake boot
Euro Grills, Black Kidneys, Euro Smilies, HID's low and yellow fogs (HID)-all glass sanded and cleared for freshening
e36 M3 lower lip spoiler (custom cut and fit)
Red Tail lamp conversion/painting (candy) by Castros
Euro Plate Filler (black)
Kopi Clear front bumper turn signals
Front red reflectors
Black wrinkle finish valve cover
Working cluster (once new gears come in)
325is Trunk (no third brake light), includes white IS spoiler (NOT PICTURED but I promise it's there now!) ;)
178K on motor but was auto until recently. Compression solid, totally serviced and runs STRONG! I may turbo as-is. Just needs head gasket, bolts, etc... everything else good enough to boost as-is!
17x8" BBS RC090 (Style 5, two piece-pro filled/drilled to 4x100 ) total overhaul, polished lips, silver painted centers, BBS logos, NO spacers!
235/40/17" Falken Azenis RT 615K's all around
Stud conversion, tuner lugs
Rolled fenders
All hoses and cooling system refreshed, timing belt, water pump, BavAuto spark plug wires (red), //M Oil cap
M20 with Castros MAF Kit, custom tune and cone filter
E46 M3 Motor mounts for better clearance and weight balance rear (raises motor in chassis to give more oil pan clearance)
