It is in decent condition. The headliner is coming down but everything else is good.

FYI the headliner is EASY to fix. Buy the 3M glue spray and remove the underside tim near the visors. Did it on the one I restored for my brother's vert.

GLWS, this is a great deal on a hard to find option for the verts.
