I would say it is best to keep the home life as peaceful as you can.. Don't need to invent any friction there just to go play....

Bring my laptop and download a bunch of racing or something.

All the sites in the area we looked at have power and water..$25 a night..

As we move into June it also gets a lot warmer.. This last spring rally it was hot. At least to me it was....lol

May 24-27 is Memorial Day week-end and the "Vintage" in Winston-Salem NC. www.atthevintage.com

Yah. End of May is fine by me. The issue there is rain. Go too far towards April and you get rain... and lots of it usually. Go towards June and it gets warmer. Rather it be hot than raining... my opinion haha

My two cents: Memorial day weekend is lousy, first three day weekend of the season, weekend warriors, lot's of people, added police "protecting and serving", camp ground hosts on their best watch. The following weekend might be our best bet. Could we get a link to where this rally is heading?
