I am considering sale in order to pick up a more comfortable dd for a new commute. I did purchase it from quite literally a little old woman, who was moving and could not take it with her. being an auto an lil woman driving has kept this car pretty awesome.
I have a super eta sedan, that when i purchased in feburay i resealed the motor in march as well as did a auto to manual swap. During that time i also did the timing belt, water pump, cap, rotor, center support bearing, shifter rebuild, exhaust and springs.
I have also spruced up the exterior with 2 new fenders, fog lights, and an 'i' lip. The rest of the body is strait with dent here and there and not the greatest paint.
whatever rust, seemed to be kept up on. example the battery box is the least amount ive seen in a very long time. There was rust under the fensers, this has been sprayed with reformer and if i have time ill try to get a better idea of how terrible it is.
Interior is minty and just standard black vinyl.
The funny thing is it has 260k on it, but it does not burn any oil and can be one of the best running, strogest running e30's. No hessitations and the only issue i have had was a relay to date.
This has had the least issues of any e30 i have own (7). The antenna is stuck, have replacement. There is a light out under the climate control. and i believe it needs a new brake light switch. brake lights work 100% but the check panel does not see that all the time. i couldnt figure out how to get it out or the auto pedal cluster and dinged it up pretty good. Believe a/c works however it is still r12 and needs recharge.
Id be looking for 3000OBO and do not mind driving it as of now.
