    Hey Guys:

My friend Kev originally directed me here, and then I saw that someone had made a similar thread to what I had intended, so I figured I could start one as well and see what I could come across. I'll summarize what I'm looking for below:

-Location 91748 (Diamond Bar area, SoCal, but willing to make a drive if the car will make the drive back.)
-Price $2,000-$2,500's range (Or a little more if I don't have to take care of registration or smog.... ;))
    -Condition: Reasonable
-Good running condition, no major problems.
    -Reasonable mileage.
    -Reasonable interior.
    -Manual Transmission.
-Plastic bumpers not necessary but a plus, I'll be tracking it eventually....
    -No rust.
-Dents and paint not too important, so long as it isn't a sign of something more major (i.e. prior major accident history, leading me to my final one....)
    -Clean title, a straight frame.

Basically I'm looking to make it into a daily driver for now, and a track car later. As long as it isn't a rust-bucket and an absolute putrid place to be, and could get me from NorCal to SoCal (since I'd be willing to drive it from NorCal to SoCal. Really.) and last longer than that afterwards, I'm pretty much ok with it. Ripped seats and cracked dash, whatever, no big deal.

Thanks for the assist guys, I really appreciate it. Not in a rush to buy, I could wait months for the right car, no big deal, but maybe I'll become a full-timer on this board sometime relatively soon. :D

Damn, that's tempting. I did a slight re-assessment of my finances and lowered the price I'm looking at, but that car looks ready to go tracking already.... :(

Buy plane ticket and pay for gas and driver it home.

My daily driver and I drive a lot and go to Canada once a month.
