    E30 M50 Turbo Help

Posting this for my friend. He was wondering the following questions and any help would be greatly appreciated.

How thick should the head gasket be and where to buy?
What kind of injectors and radiator?
    What kind of tuning/software?
How much HP can a stock e36 325 clutch handle?
How much HP can a stock 98 m3 tranny handle?
    What kind of deferential?

Also this is a non vanos 325 m50 motor.

    2. Depends on how much HP you want to run. Most people go with the E36 Mishimoto Rad.
    3. Standalone or piggy back tune ?
    4. If you are putting a new motor in might as well replace the clutch while you are up there that can handle the power. Stage 3 Southbend clutch or F1
    5. Enough.
    6. What kind of tranny are you going to run ? Most people run a taller diff with the ZF.

There is a lot of different answers for each of your questions. Look at some of the peoples builds and copy.

You forgot chip tune. TRM and several others offer worry free DME chip tunes good for over 500whp, not sure on coverage for NV but I would look into that before considering a shitty piggyback.

Stock clutch is only good for 350whp and even at that it will wear very quickly. I would also consider upgrading to the s50/52 240mm clutch/ fly. Just remember that an s52 fly won't work with an s50 pp and vice-versa, the alignment dowels won't line up.

There is no chip tune for NV.
