How many miles on the Billy shocks/ struts? How much for them?

I have no idea how many miles are on the Billy's, they appear to have rust on them, I had removed the front at one point and they were still stiff as shit. I am currently trying to figure out how to remove the suspension and sell seeing as how i have no stock parts to install in their place. I do have a front set of Kyb brand new shocks I can sell pic below.

I have been unable to figure out what brand exhaust it is, and i am in the process of removing but it looks as if the easiest way is to just cut the down pipe. I was thinking around the $200 range for the rear section, more for the stock cats since I can scrap em for a bunch, lmk what you're thinking.

Currently still available but as I said above, I do not have the stock bits to install to keep this rolling. The front springs are out, pictured below, and I have a set of brand new kyb front struts, I might block the rear and take the springs out.

Blower motor only worked on high, I wouldnt feel comfortable selling it, no airbox as it has a ford mfa and cone filter.

The front was off on the driverside fender, bumpers seem straight, the front curves in a lil towards the grill, rear has a crack from the exhaust hanging on it. hope these pics help, but im not looking to seperate.
