Had 133k miles when owner pulled it, told me he got rear ended.

He had a 98 Tecno Violet Sedan

Compression tested, all good

Have no money to start the project, let alone have gas for the next week.

Engine w/ auto trans, harness and dme. However to run this depending if you go obd1 you will need a 5speed harness and a chip to delete the ews. This is still a great deal. You can allways sell off that auto trans.
