Yes, another HID installation thread. Only this time, E34 style :D I tried bf.c under the e34 section, but those guys are nothing but a couple of bumps on a log.
I'm not too good with wiring, so please don't jump all over me for not knowing how to do this. After all, that's why I came here to ask for people's help who know what they are doing. Wiring my ellipsoids (US ellips) on my e30 wasn't very difficult, but from my understanding, euro ellips are a different story.
I just received my DEPO smoked euro ellips the other day, along with my DEPO projector fog lights. Yeah yeah, shame on me for buying DEPO lights, but hey, I'm a 20 year old college student who isn't exactly financially set for the real deal and both my headlights (fogging, pitted) and fog lights (cracked, pitted) needed to be replaced.
Here are some pictures of the setup as of right now:

There is one side with the HID all connected.
Now here is a closer pic, which I have a few questions about:

First question, what is the relay (I think that's what it is, aka white and black wires with plug like ending) for? Second, what are the wires under the cap for? Lastly, how do I wire the city lights?
If anyone could tell me what I am going to need as well as some steps to follow to get this all running, I would be one eternally grateful kid, as I have no clue what I am doing. Like I said, US ellips were easy and simple, but this has me totally confused. If there is already a thread on this, just point me in the right direction.
I also need some help installing my HID's in my projector fog lights. Here is a picture of what the fog light looks like:

Again, I have no clue what the female plug end on the side of the cap is for, any help? I have an H1 HID kit for the projector fogs currently installed on m car, but I one of them has gone out and I get a F/ Fog light error code on my dash. Anyone have experience wiring HID's into their e34 projector fogs and could point me in the right direction or give me some steps?
I really appreciate any help! Wiring is one of the few things I can't do on a car and would love for some experienced and knowledgeable people's help!
