whats up with the fuel leak? Tank? Lines?

The tank is leaking from the seam Right by the filler neck. Thought it was the filler neck but it after i replaced it continued to leak, unknown to me before, from above the filler neck. The car can use a new tank or do what i did for the past year. Fill it up half way an deal with it haha. Never bothered me too much.
