Just FYI, I'm 99% sure these are et33. I had a set a year or so ago.

And D, they should actually ne pretty flush. E24s can swallow a lot of width. A guy in the pnw is running 17x10s on the front of his and its pretty flush.

I had 16x9 et11 on my e24, these would fit just fine maybe a bit of a spacer in the rear.

if it helps you out a little bit, this was my old e24(driftcar) my epsilon are +13 and then i ran 15mm spacers up front and 20mm spacers in the back
epsilons look sick on e24 btw
