WTB - E30 in the pacific NW - up to $5K

I'm located in the Portland, OR area and would be willing to travel/meet as far north as Canadian border and as far south as Northern CA.

Here's what I'm looking for:
Year: 1988 to 1991
Model: 325i or 325is
Colors in order of preference: black, white, silver (but condition is priority over color).
Mileage: 150K or less
Other: much prefer stock motor and no motor mods.

***Not looking for a fixer. Must be clean condition.
