There's a difference between LHD and RHD? Or are you just being facetious?

The light pattern is LHD/RHD specific (no im not talking about adjusting the screws).

All Hella/Bosch projectors can be switched from RHD output to LDH output.
To adjust, loosen the 3 screws holding the projectors to the lens.
Rotate projector other way (tab pointing L/G).
        Tighten.

But the cut off pattern cannot be altered and it is indeed different on UK spec. projectors.

Good to know Bob. I had no idea. Bump for some cool headlights and a good price.

Bulbs included. Pigtails are not, last time I checked the connector plugs were $1-2 from BMW + the price for the wire connectors).

Excellent info. The UK crap can still be used for projector retrofits which will do away with the RHD-specific cutoff.

cut old wires and solder new ones on, thats about it. If going from sealed beams you will have 3 wires per bulb, 1 ground and 2 power, you find the power wire that is on when high beams are off and solder that to the power wire on the headlights, the other wire you cap off (this is because sealed beams are dual filament, whereas the euro smilies are single filament H1 bulbs). This will cause your lowbeams to turn off when your highbeams turn on, if you want to retain all 4 lights to stay on you solder these two relay pins:
