CA-Norcal: FS/FT:14" stock Bottlecap wheels with tires

Title says it all, in great shape, tires have about 35% life left and that's being generous. The tires are wrapped on some 195/65/14 tires too. I am asking $100 or offer or trade for an IS lip picked up . I'd rather not ship these cheap as heck wheels because these things are virtually easy to get. A reference picture is below:
