14 Inch Weaves no tires w/ Caps $225 obo

I have a set of 4 weaves I'm trying to get rid of. They aren't in the best shape, 3 have pretty noticeable curb rash but all are straight. One of them has a snow tire mounted but the other 3 have no rubber. The caps are in excellent shape with just some yellowing going on in the emblem.
