    318is slicktop fs in GA

SoldAfter some complications that came up with the guy that bought my car I am back in possession of it. Well I hate to do this but I went back to school and priorities are shifting. This car was my daily for a while but has become a second car. This car is very reliable and I would not hesitate driving it anywhere. When I purchased this car I flew up to Pa and drove it back all the way to Ga without a hiccup and it has been driven to three different brodeos. The car spent most of its life in the South except for the 1.5 years it spent in Pa. Now onto the condition of the car: Like I said the car will drive anywhere without a hesitation. 1991 318 is Diamond Schwartz (~168k on odometer although it is higher as it needed new gears when I got it. It now has gargastic gears
    5 speed
    2 door
    SLICK TOP!
    Zero rust

    GOOD

Car was repainted ~ 3 years ago
    Mark D Chip
    H&R Race springs
    Bilstein shocks
    M-Tech1 Steering Wheel.
new IS lip will be included
    Fogs(3500k ddm hid's)
    Euro grills
A/C and heat work although ac will need a recharge( a/c started making some noises so I will be replacing the blower motor prior to sale
Central locking works and all the locks work(driver side has a fresh rebuild)
    GE remote lock kit
Bosch Euro smileys( 5000k ddm hid's)
    Motorsport hardware 57mm studs
Included 15x7 et 23 BBS RS 207 redrilled to 4x100 with brand new 225/45/15 hankook rs3's(0 miles)
Currently sitting on stock basketweaves with no caps and has a 5th weave as a spare(the weaves have rash and one has a slight bend on the lip but holds air perfectly and doesn't have any vibration issues.
Windshield was just replaced with oem bmw windshield and new oem window seals

    Interior:
Car has cardinal door cards with black pockets and handles.
Car has two different sets of seats. The first set is the original sport cloth seats which are in great condition as far as the mechanics and bolsters go but the center section of the cloth is ripped. I was planning on having Kevin chin make up a set of covers for these seats. The seats that are currently in the car I bought from another member because I didn't want to ruin the originals before I could get them recovered. These are reupholstered vert sport seats but whoever did it didn't do the best job and some of the seams are coming apart (I didn't really care as they were to be a temporary fix) and the driver side has a hole in the bolster although a lot of people seem to like them. As far as the back seat goes I also have two sets a black vinyl(this was in the car when I bought it) and a cardinal seat with armrest and ski pass through and rear headrests. The bottom is for a sedan so I was just going to have the original black bottom and the ski pass top recovered when I did the original seats. The dash is crack free except for a spot where it look like someone slipped and poke something through on top of the gauge column. Most don't notice it till I point it out. I have a leather e34 ebrake handle and the car has a pioneer headunit with Bluetooth and a mic for hands free calling, and usb. The front speakers are blown but the rears still work. I have a set of rear premium speakers and nos polk audio speakers that will go with the car. I am also including my coupon for a german audio specialties sub box or amp rack(you save $100 on a box or amp rack of your choice).
    MAINTENANCE
Recently replaced radiator with new unit
    New fuel pump
    New fuel filter
    New Maf/air filter
    New tie rods
New cop kit with less than 10 miles and new plugs at the same time.
New heavy duty Alternator and motor ground from Gregs///M on the forums
Starter will be replaced before sale

Newer muffler welded in for stock with polished tip.
New battery(less than 4 months old and has a 2 or 3 year warranty, I will recheck this and update)
New power steering pump & lines(pump is not currently installed but will be included)
Mobile 1 syn transmission fluid within the last 5k miles
    The bad
The current motor although in perfect running condition and with fairly new seals sprung a leak somewhere, and I have just been topping it up every once in a while. The aforementioned interior issues.
    Extra Parts
    Refreshened leak free motor(with paperwork)
    Extra starter
    Complete extra wiring harness
Lots of extra maintenance items filters(oil and fuel)
So with that being said I am going to put it up here for $7000obo with the refreshed motor installed with papers to prove it included or $6500OBO as it sits and the extra motor parts included but not installed. OK so i had intended for this car to go to a new home in the begining of the summer but I have been super busy and didnt actively push to move the car due to being out of town alot. Well the time has come where it definitely needs to go. I am no longer doing the new motor installed option and for this week only the car will be $6000 and if it doesnt sell I will be raising the price back up. The car just had every single coolant hose replaced down to the hardpipe that goes into the block. Also the car does have the trim, it was removed to see what euro trim would look like and will come with the car.

These were taken a couple of days ago.

Hate to see you sell this A, though it sounds like you have your priorities in order. Hopefully it will continue to show up at Brodeos in the hands of its next owner. GLWS!

Are you still willing to drop the "refreshed" motor in? Sorry to be difficult, but are there any pictures that are useful to a prospective buyer other than the small res and mostly far away shots of the car? :)

What does "refreshed" consist of if you could expound on that?

The refreshened motor has all new seals and timing chain, guides ect. The motor has also had the head refreshed at some point. It came out of my friends car that we did an m52 swap on. I am still willing to have the motor swapped if the buyer wants that and if you are serious I can send pics of whatever you would like to see. Plenty of members know or have seen the car in person and can attest to what it is.
