    FS/FT 1989 325i Cabrio 5spd

Hi all, 81,XXX miles, 3rd owner, original paint (royal blue). Ideally I'd like to trade for a coupe/sedan with euro/plastic bumpers, but asking $6,800 OBO. Just converted A/C, other service done by Dan Martin in Maryland. Rebuilt transmission from second owner (have receipts) and other routine/refreshed stuff. Drives great, it is my dd that I garage at work (I live 6 blocks away) so it's essentially my weekend car if I need to get out of town. Interior is near perfect, no cracks on dash, one small tear in rear bottom seat. Replaced stereo but have original.

This is a very stock car, if I was keeping it I'd prob do a bumper swap and drop it a bit. I get compliments all the time on the vehicle.

I'm struggling with selling this because I love the car, but am moving (back) to Denver in August. I was able to garage the vehicle while in D.C., but I won't have a garage in Denver and am hesitant to leave it outside, especially with Denver sun/winter snow. I want to stick with an e30, just not a cab.

    Still needs:

Steering rack should be replaced - I am doing this in Denver if I do not sell, and top off the atf when needed.

Heater control valve (I don't mind doing this, I just need to figure out if I need plastic or aluminum pipes and it's a pain in the ass to remove the center console.

Windshield. Passed VA safety inspection, and I will replace the windshield if I don't sell the car and drive it to Denver (I don't need to sell, and if I don't make a deal, I'll just keep the car and cover it when I can - not ideal). I'm not going to replace before I drive cross country.

Mileage - regardless, this is a low mileage, clean vehicle that was barely driven (previous owner was a priest). However, the previous owner told me when he was sorting through the carfax the mileage was incorrect - common, but take it as you will.

Paint: paint looks great, has some rock chips on front of hood, but otherwise good condition.

Yeah that's what the title says - what makes you think it's not?

No worries - I think they didn't switch over the cabs until 91. Thanks, I appreciate it.
