For sale is a Henna red over tan cloth 1984 318i. 111,xxx original miles. 5-speedwith origninal m10 motor. Unmolested car, unrestored car. Spent the majority of its life on an island. Everything works minus the economy gauge that works intermittently. Crank everything, original early 80's car alarm with combo lock, early 80's VDO voltmeter in place of clock. One dent in c pillar and small spot of non-structural rust in the rear from a spookier than came off - still has the holes for a spoiler with grommets. Frame straight and new front tires. Shifter is tight (and original!). Some receipts. Few owners. Even has original fogs.
Seats could use restoration. Dash has minor cracks. Glove box is out of the car but we have it. Original radio to be included. We didn't touch it as the next owner would probably want to go their own route. Was going to be overboard here but the m3 now has a new path and we have too many e30's.
Our family has had easily 15+ e30's and we still have two e30 m3's. this is one of the cleanest cars we have had. It is perfect for a full resto or euro bumpers, big bbs, drop and s54 swap. Super clean and unmolested down to the unpainted original bottles and unused spare.
If you want a Henna car to get the ball rolling on a sick e30 - look no farther. Car has done ~3900 miles a year since new - and shows it.
