1985 BMW e30 325e

This car runs off oil pans and asphalt, and then some gas.
This car is my daily driver that had one day dreamed of becoming a track rat. I crushed its dreams. I am moving to the west coast and can not bring all of my cars with me.
I really want to bring it with me and finish restoring her, but I won't have the space that I do here on the east coast.

The Bad:
Unfortunately before my ownership the car sat uncovered. What happens with these cars is the sunroof drains get clogged and leak into the car. The cars have great weatherproofing on the exterior, but not so much on the interior. This allowed the floors to rot from the inside out. I did weld new floors in the car. They are 100% solid. A little thicker than OEM floors.
This has not fixed the leak. The firewall needs to be repaired. Either the dash or motor have to be pulled and something has to be fixed. It could be as simple as the elephant trunk (which I have a new one); or worst case it needs some more welding patchwork. Not difficult, just time consuming.
The carpet is removed from the car for this reason.
4th Gear grinds if you do not shift perfectly.
Paint is maybe OKAY at best. Do NOT let the pictures fool you.
Cold start Valve needs to be replaced. Long cranks on cold days.
13 button obc screen bled
Heat works but I disabled the control cables when work was done on the floor. Heat blows on feet and windshield defroster
Exhaust hanger broken. Used a ratchet strap.
Ford Taurus Skirts are Screwed in with stainless screws.
I am sure there is more and I will update accordingly.
I am asking $6500. If their is no interest in the next two weeks, I will be parting the car out. So feel free to claim what you want before so.
Anyone with interest in parts only, please send me a pm with your name, email and phone number. Also include the parts you are interested in. I will put you on a list and contact you. Should be about two weeks before I decide if I want to part it out.
