Question #1:
THe s50 oil pickup is in the rear of the motor and obviosuly gets replaced by the e34 pickup located in the front. there is a bracket/tab that supports the pick-up on the s50 that will not allow the e34 to fit because it sits too low and makes contact. Am I supposed to cut that tab off? or do I unbolt the main cap bolts to remove it? ARe the bolts one-time use only, or can I reuse them? Anyone know the proper torque?

The s50 has a bolt in windage tray and the e34 has a riveted windage tray in the pan. Do I drill out the e34 pan and remove that tray, oor remove the stock s50 tray?
