M42 cyl head/valve cover

I have a spare M42 head and valve cover I'm looking to get rid of.

Not entirely sure what the story of the head is but it looks to be in very good condition from visual inspection.

Missing a few studs on the exhaust manifold side.

Head includes cams/valves/lifters/etc. all of which appear to be in great shape.

Asking $350.
