so was car smogged under the table? or you have it bar'd certified? because i don't think you mentioned anything.

Car is yet to be smogged. Like I said, the car passed smog but the cats themselves didnt so thats whats stopping me from getting the certificate. No shop wants to touch it once it goes through the ref. They will get in trouble big time. So getting smog "under the table" is out of question.
