Please someone intelligent save my day (non abs steering column)

    Hello all!

I am in the process of swapping a v8 (ford 302) into my e30 but I have run into a problem where I am using a wilwood drop pedal box with booster-less (big) brakes. It said this set up cannot be used with e30's with airbags. apparently the airbag e30 steering column and the non-airbag steering column are different. I deff believe that now.

In this picture above you can see the steering column tube (or whatever its technical name is) cannot reach its connector on top of the right master cylinder.

long story short. . . Does anyone know what steering column you need to use with the wilwood drop pedal box part no. 340-11299

    please help me . . .

I was under the impression that even with the Wilwood MC's, you still need to move the whole pedal box to the left.

It looks as though that is what needs to be done. but the garagtastic website simply stated you need a non-airbag column, this seems to be misleading. I was simply wondering if anyone had a personal remedy to this problem. thanks for the reply

That is what is now being attempted, but it still looks as though the whole box must be moved in order to accommodate any sort of steering column.
