                  It doesn't. Too short on the sides.
                  The early lip without the brake and oil cooler ducts will, however.

                          FS: OEM Early model front lip with duct vents

                          I had the same lip on my early euro when I bought it. ? look at my garage pics you can see it there. Fits perfect, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't fit.
