    AC Schnitzer 325i Chip? Authentic?

So I just ordered a chip for my M20 (SSSquid- highly recommend) and when I went to install it today, I got a pleasant surprise when I opened it up to find this ACS chip! I've been riding around for the past 5 years unknowingly and lying to people stating that it was not tuned....

Now- I'd like to sell this, but cannot find any info out on the web on it. "AC Schnitzer 87-91 325 Chip" Anyone have any insight what this might be? eBay knockoff? 173 ECU.

Just stack the chips, and double your power output...

Probably this. I had "dinan" chip in mine when I got it. As far as I could tell it made the car run awful but raised the redline, that's about it. The part number on the chip yielded almost 0 search results when I googled it.
