My friend's 325is , South African edition

This is my friend's 325is Evo2, as we have coined them in South Africa. It came standard, with an E30 M3 suspension, 2.7lt 143kw motor, and an M-Tech 2 kit.

Sorry about the quality of the pictures, but thats what my friend gave me.

Looks good to me too.

Is the badge placed higher on the decklid on South African models? Or has it been removed and replaced? (its too high)

143kw x 1.341 = 192bhp

Not bad, mate, not bad. What did BMW do to the engine to make that M20B27 192bhp?

To tell, u thuth I'm not really sure. I do know that it has the same bore as a 325i , just the stroke is longer (I think) , it has different cams, bigger valves than the "i" . the AFM is the one that Alpna used, on their cars, it's about double the size of the one, on the "i" I think it might even be the M30 Afm, but I'm not sure. I have also heard that it has a bigger Throttle Body than all the other cars, even bigger than the Big Bore throttle body, that you can buy, but I'm not sure how true that is.

If u guys have any other question's just ask, I'll try my best to answer them.

and that is why I hate US laws
Its a shame that they are still not producing the e30, I bet many people would still buy that car new to this day.
