    FS: 1992 525i (MN)

    For sale:

1992 525i- 5 speed, 114k, Alpine White with light gray leather interior. I bought the car to serve as a daily commuter to save on gas with my SUV. I purchased the car in April from a broker in Los Angeles, and it was a one owner California car prior to that. The car has absolutely no rust and is in very good condition.

Mechanically the car is excellent. I recently replaced all of the front end suspension components as well as the tie rods and thrust bushings. I also installed Koni adjustables with Eibach springs and replaced the rear suspension dog bones. The brakes have been completely rebuilt with new guide pins, bushings, seals, and dust boots. New Hawk pads and Brembo cross drilled rotors front and rear, as well as fresh ATE super Blue brake fluid. The car has factory clears for the front(not installed)and rear, euro ellipsoids, brand new projector fog lights, as well as euro bumper moldings, and the M5 rear panel. Also included, 18 inch staggered M-Parallel replica's with Dunlop rubber. Everything listed above has only been on the car for the last 1000 miles.

Everything works on the car except for the heated seats. I replaced the battery last month with a new OE from the dealer and the SRS light needs to be reset. The car still has the factory stereo with 6 disc changer in the trunk and sounds very good. I also upgraded the OBC with one out of a 7 series that offers more features. AC blows cold.

This is a great car that gets almost 30 mpg and is an excellent candidate for a S50/52 motor swap. This car is fun to drive!

Car is located in Minneapolis. Email questions to Mtriple@comcast.net

$7500 with the M-Parallels or $6200 with the stock 15's and new rubber...

I recently picked up an E30 M3 and I'm trying to downsize a bit...
These pictures were taken last month, I will post some current ones if it ever stops raining...

I want this car so bad. Give me another year and I could maybe consider it.

Great price on a great car. Clean 5 speed e34's are getting harder to find, someone should grab this thing up.

Would you take a clean 89 325i with tasteful mods as a swap? Black with grey cloth interior. 115k on it. 2 owners.

Edit: is this M20 powered? Or is it a M50 unit?

As tempting as that sounds, I'm really trying to free up some space in the garage for my M3 project...

                              It has the M50(non-vanos)

                              Thanks for the comments guys!
