PNW E30/190E (euro) meet - Saturday, April 29th '06
My buddy Evan (local 190E owner) and I have been kicking this idea around for a while, and we decided that it's as good a time as any to get it together. So April 29th, we're starting what we hope to become a yearly thing, a combination E30 & 190E meet. It's going to be at Hooters in Beaverton, outside of Portland. There's more than enough parking, and we're planning to get all of the Hooters girls to pose with our cars for a big group shot. Not to mention, kick-ass food!
So here's the info. The date is set, since this was the date that worked for both Evan and I, so we're giving out the info now so people can get the day off work, etc. Hopefully everyone can get it worked out, and show up! If you know anyone with a 190E that would like to attend, then let 'em know! Evan tells me that the PNW 190E crew isn't very large, so try and get the word out. Let's make this meet a success! Date: Saturday, April 29th 2006 Time: 12:00 noon Location: Beaverton Hooters 11995 SW Beaverton-Hillsdale HW Beaverton, OR 97005

Post here in the thread if you can attend. I'd love to see some of you guys again before this year's PNW E30 picnic.

interesting.. a friend just sold his E30 and bought a 190E 2.3 16v... not sure when it'll be here as it's shipping from Texas. I'll see what I can do to get both cars down there

Think you'll be able to make it with your car if he can't, Cramer?

I think so... I can't think of anything conflicting that day.

Oh and BTW, to all the E30 M3 owners... play nice with the 190E boys. The war is over.

If you're going to go to a hooters, I guess one in a place called 'beaverton' would be the place to go.

Pretty much the main reason we decided to have it there was because Evan had the idea of getting all the girls to pose on our cars for a group shot. |

If I get work off then you are very welcome to ride (and maybe drive a bit) in my car. Let's try to get some sways, e36 switches, m cluster, and the rest of that seat put in there before then (or at least 1 or 2 of those). Derek
