      No, it won't.

I'm sure the car is nice but I would suggest less bullshit claims in your ad. You'll get more responses from people here.

"RUNS VERY STRONG and Fast!(0-60 around 6.6-7secs)"

Im not trying to shit on your thread but im just wondering how you're figuring this, even a 325 would have troubles pushing those times.

          x2

          Especially with such high miles.

Time it yourselves , 0-60 in 7 sec:

This vid is before the chip. The 3.91 helps A LOT as well as the smaller tires--195/60/14. The only other upgrade here was the Magnaflow muffler. With the 4.10, one has to shift into 3rd at 52mph, slowing down acceleration. As you can see in the vid, I change into 3rd right at 60 with the 3.91. With the chip and 7k rev limit, I change into 3rd at approx 63mph.

I must honestly say that *judging by the video* your 318 is the fastest M42 I have ever seen BY FAR. My E30/S50 barely climbs the speedo faster. It also seemed as if it was gonna run right thru 60 and still build impressive speed after 60+.

Are you sure you're not running a kph speedo ;)!

^^^ I have more video and can take some more today. Oh, Yeah, the timing is a little advanced as well, but I doubt that makes such a drastic difference. What can I say...my car is pretty fast. Hehe. My speedo is definitely mph.

This vid is very difficult to see, but it is after I installed the chip. It was raining so I could not launch at anything higher than 2k. If you look closely you can see that I launch at 2k. If you time it, I hit 60 at 7.4 secs. But, that's with very bad grip and launching at 2k. Also note that I now shift at 7k.

undersized tires = you're not going 60 when your speedo is saying you are, plus bmw speedo read high supposedly

My speedo reads 5 mph high consistantly. Borrow a G-Tech and see what it can do. Nice looking car though, good luck with the sale.

It does run well for a 318is, doesn't get the 'sandbag' effect when you go to 2nd, like most M42's.
