    Posting Pictures..use the R3vlimited Gallery!

I have seen tons of people using photobucket, or other hosts that from time to time don't display the picture, and even some people using geocities.

R3VLimited maintains a gallery that you can freely use to post pictures and show off that E30.

Please use it, its why we put it into place.

Some of us post on multiple boards, so a third party image host is at an advantage since everyone can see the pics, not only forum members.

    Keep it slideways!!

Delayed reply but I just wanted to say that everybody can see R3V hosted images, not just forum members. I use R3VLimited image hosting for everything I do.

              nothing is unlimited.

how much space is there actually to upload images?

I use Picasa currently for a whole plethora of reasons, like the user interface, huge storage, downloadable Picasa program which makes uploading a breeze, html code generator for embedding pics in CL ads for example, the list goes on.

Nothing worse when you go to some DIY thread, and all the pictures are gone.

Yep, or the Hans thread. Friends don't let friends use Photobucket.

Hello, All. This is Russ from Photobucket. I just wanted to jump in with a quick note. The R3V hosted image server is a great way to go for this forum. However, for those of you posting the same picture to multiple sites, a 3rd party hosting service like Photobucket is a better option. As for the broken links, I agree, they are unsightly. One thing to note is that renaming a photo or the album that contains a photo will create a new link, which will break all of your old links. Keep this in mind and be sure to organize before you start posting or else you'll have to go back and fix all the broken links.
If you decide to go with Photobucket, posting photos is as easy as grabbing the IMG link from the one-click link menu and pasting them into the R3V forum.

                    Hope this was helpful.
                    Russ

I like and use the R3V gallery quite a bit, is there anyway to edit/delete images you have already uploaded more easily then going in one by one to delete them?
