FS or FT: 1992 318ic w/ Hardtop in SE PA

    I have a 1992 318ic with 177,000 miles on it.

    The bad:
Cloth seats are in very bad shape. PO put seat covers are on the fronts, but nothing on the backs.
The plastic rear window needs to be replaced.
    Temp gauge not working
Molding on the passenger side between the front and rear windows dropped down into the door, and I haven't had time to get in there and fish it out (this is the reason for the blue tape between the windows).

    The good:
    Clean title in hand
Almost all original parts (cd player is aftermarket)
Exterior is very clean, a few light scratches but almost nothing in the way of dents, with very good paint for a car of this age.
Interior is good except for the cloth seats. No cracks in the dash.
    Good tread on the tires.
Shifts very smoothly, no difficulty getting into any gears
    New catback exhaust.
    New brake rotors
Hardtop is in excellent shape...no sagging AT ALL in the headliner.
    LSD

Looking for $3,000 for the car, $1200 for the hardtop, or $4000 for both. I'm near King of Prussia, PA, and available nights and weekends for whoever would like to take a look. Decided I really don't need to own 2 'verts, so I'm looking for an e30 coupe, but will consider all trade offers.

I am interested in the hardtop if it is still for sale. I work in Media, so KOP is close for me to check it out. Let me know if it is still for sale.

Ah, just curious, trying to get a feel for what the going rate is on a 318ic. Mine may be up for sale soon assuming I find a suitable replacement.

Hopefully I'll be selling mine in the near future if I can find a suitable replacement as well.

yeah, I need something a little bigger and with four doors. I'm looking at an early E36 sedan as a possible replacement.

Bumping this up...hardtop is gone, looking for sale or trade for a 318is/325is (willing to put cash on top depending on the car).
