    C3 Motorsport coilover kit

I recently got a complete coilover kit from C3 Motorsport (aka Slyder).
    The kit comes with:

    *short-body, top adjustable Konis
*Eibach race springs with choice of spring rates
2.5" ID fronts, 2.25" ID rears
Fronts are 6" long, rears are 5"
    *Motorforce camber/caster plates
    *TCK rear shock mounts
*M3 swaybar endlink tabs, weld on perches, and sleeves

I am running 450/750 spring rates front/rear with no rear swaybar and I love the setup. Handles great, with very minimal lean. The spring rates are even fine for the everyday driving through the streets of downtown San Jose.

I am very impressed with the quality/design of the Motorforce camber/caster plates. They have a very short stack height, which allows for more shock travel. Also, the allen bolts that secure the secure the plate to the strut tower are welded on from the bottom, so there is no need to hold an allen wrench underneath while setting the caster and tightening the upper nuts.

The Koni's are great. They are short bodied, which allow for greater shock travel even with a very low car. You have the ability to shorten the front strut tubes up to 4" which allows for more travel without bottoming out. Both the front and rear Koni's are top-adjustable, which makes tuning them so easy, even a caveman can do it.

Installation was straightforward, and didn't run into any problems along the way. THe Konis are warrantied as long as they are street use. Sleeves are warrantied to not collapse or fail, or else you get a full replacement. RSMs are warrantied for 50k miles.

I would recommend this kit to anyone looking for a quality coilover kit.
The price of this kit is $1500

For more details or to order, PM Slyder on this forum.

The only round blue pieces i have are the upper spring perch/bearing things. They go on top of the spring and underneath the camber/caster plates.

6" springs in the front and 5" in the rear?

Nice kit you are putting together there, Jason.

Thanks Dave! :) That's correct for the springs. The best part...no long wait times to get your kit shipped. All of these parts are readily available and I can easily get these kits shipped in 2 weeks or less. No more 2-3 month lead times for those "other" kits.

Yes. The Koni Dual Adjustables are available for the rear of the car.

Nothing needs to be changed. Jason has the full m3 suspension on his car with this kit.
It works the same for M and non-M suspension.

arent the 5" springs too short for the later bodystyle rear arches?

No, unless you are running something too wide and/or with too low of an offset.
