ok, so i'm about done with this car, and looking for another. i'd like an 89 or newer 318 convert. i don't mind if it needs work, but it's got to be drivable, and near indiana or you be able to bring it here. attached are some pics of the car, i have since installed is front and rear springs, is rear spoiler, and is front lip (brand new from the dealership). in the past year, here's what it's gotten (all OEM parts straight from dealership): fuel injectors, all new fuses, e30 me shift boot and ebrake boot (real leather), trans and diff fluid changed, every bushing in the shifter replaced, m-technik shift knob, fulcan azenis, all new springs mounts, new power antenna mast (works perfect), converted to r134a blowing cold air), radiator, full service (including valve adjustment), all turn signal, marker, and brake bulbs, brake pedal sensor, engine temp sensor, pass brake light lense, us plate tub filler... probably more, i just can't think of it right now. now, for the things wrongs with it, a few dents and dings (normal for a car this old, hard to see any from more that a few feet away), pass fog lense was broken when i bought it, and the innards all rusted. i installed a new polly-carbonate lense, but the insides where to rust to make it work, has a bit of a lobe at idle, but is very smooth from 1K rpms and up, pass side if coming unraveled but driver is fine, stain on the back seat (its under on fot he car seats, guess how that happened). only rust spot on the body is there is a small spot (less than 2 inches) coming from under the pass brake light lense. let me know what you have, i may be interested in other bmw's, or even non-bmw's depending on what they are.
