This was my personal car. Car ran great before the accident 2 years ago. Has been sitting in my garage since. Too many other projects have finally forced its sale. I have owned it since 1999 (136K).
What it has/comes with *:
233K miles
5 spd.
Bilstein sports
Eibach Prokit
Z3 shifter. ALL associated parts replaced 8K ago with new BMW parts.
Timing belt replaced 20K miles ago
NIB water pump
NIB radiator and level sensor
New driver's side fender
New clutch and ALL associated parts replaced 6K ago (fork, pilot and release bearing, etc.). Even replaced the housing cover for completely brand-new smooth shifting.
Transmission is totally problem- and leak-free. ALL seals replaced 6K ago. Redline fluid.
Driver's seat has typical wear. Left upper bolster was recovered. Rest of the seats look great.
MB Quart components up front. Custom 170 amp alternator. 2 gauge Streetwires amp wiring to battery. 4 gauge to amplifiers. Will leave all interconnects.
Everything worked prior to the accident, including the A/C. Just had the A/C system redone prior to the accident. Converted to R134a.
Code Alarm with perimeter protection. 2 fobs.
Engine burns oil (but does NOT smoke), but runs fine. Probably uses enough to warrant an engine rebuild sometime soon per Bentley.
* Does not come with the rims/tires or this exact top. Will come with bottlecap rollers. Top that will be installed will need new rear window (~$70 on eBay). I'm keeping the radio, amplifiers and amp mounts.
Car has since been dismantled in the front. It will need the obvious stuff up front like a valence, core support, hood. etc. I have everything that was salvageable up front down to the bolts/nuts.
Looking to get $1700 OBO.
