I am still able to comunicate with him via text message at 416-278-6055, but unable to get a straight answer, just reasons after reasons why the engine has not arrived yet, while it was supposed to have been shiped 2-3 weeks ago. Just constant back peddling.

Anyone purchased from him/there in the last year ? Just trying to get feedback as I'll most likley need to get the authorities involved at this time. I've confirmed with his transporter (Manitoulin) that no shipment was made heading to my location. So beware.
