CAR IS TENTATIVELY SOLD
Hey R3v,
Up for sale is my 1991 BMW 318i E30 Touring.
The vehicle was imported from The Netherlands in Sept. 2020, and has a clean and clear Washington State Title in my name. This touring is a bare bones spec E30. It originally had no power steering (which I later retrofitted), manual crank windows, no A/C, no stereo and no sunroof! This touring is a true lightweight example, and makes for a phenomenal drivers experience. In it's current state, the car weighs 2750lbs with a half tank of gas. The Chassis itself has 280k kilometers (173k miles) and features a working odometer.
The original M40b18 engine and transmission was removed in favor of a 2004 M54B30 engine and Getrag 260 5-speed transmission, producing 245 wheel horsepower (Dyno proven). Upon removal of the original drivetrain, many items were replaced with new units. See list below:

M54B30 w/ 95k miles. This car made 245WHP on the dyno.

All maintenance is up to date and needs nothing but to be enjoyed.
I have a small shop in Bellevue, WA with 12+ years of experience wrenching on these wonderful machines.
My wife and I are expecting our first child in May, and with myself already having a fun weekend car, I'd like to sell this to fund a newer, safer Child Hauler.
Please understand: I am in no rush, or am I desperate to sell this E30. It is an awesome machine and would be very difficult to replicate at the given prices that these cars have been demanding the last few years. If you are looking for a turnkey car to enjoy, and not worry about losing value, this is the car for you.
