Hi ,SfinSF! Sounds like the cars an expat from the Bay Area! So am I...

So does it owe any back dues for registration? How long has it been in CO? I ask because DMV will charge for not having it registered even if nonop. I know because that happened to me when I moved to Denver... I hadn't registered my E30 because it was a grey market car so I had to bat my lashed and flirt with the old lady at the DMV so she could go easy on me...

Do you know if it will pass emissions? How does it shift? And, suspension seems molded do you know with what? Thanks dude!

No back dues that I am aware of
Been in CO since 6.19
Last time it passed smog was 1.19
Trans shifts like it should, no issues, none during ownership. I drive it as if it where a manual using the selector to shift and dont put it in D until up to highway speeds. D is for dull
Not sure what molded is, think you mean modded and yes, I installed Bilstein Sports and new shock mounts all around, not stock ride height.

Guess one would would weigh the 14,400 of actual mileage on the belt plus 2 years of non-op.
Not sure how to measure the latter, either way it’s beyond the suggested 4 yrs.
