I assume everything is well-sorted? Meaning receipts, maintenance, no surprises, etc.

I don't see it posted, but it looks like chassis has ~125,000 miles, what about the s50? Price is coming back down, it looks on it's way to comparable examples with just a few more drops like the last one. GLWS.

The car is being advertised in multiple places. Originally, I was helping a friend market the car on the forums and he has since had luxury motorcars, located in Sacramento, Ca assist him with the sale as well. This is a great opportunity for my friend to market the car through this company, because they have been selling cars for years and that is their business. I can attest to Luxury Motorcars as a reputable broker of high end/luxury vehicles. I recently purchased a 95' e36 m3 in Dec 09' from them and have not been happier. The car was consigned from the original owner from day one in 95'. My car is a matching vin's, never been in an accident, and had every single receipt dealing with the car. Bottom line is that they have a reputation to uphold and would not consign junk.

                  Back to the car...

The chassis has approx. 125K on the motor and the s50 donor motor had approx. 40K. The whole car has been gone through and was put together right, i can attest to that. The owner is the type that will not spare an expense to have something done right and perfect.

The car is well sorted and is something you must see/drive to appreciate. The car was setup to be a daily driver. As you can see from the pictures this was a project car and like most projects they get to a point and a person becomes bored and wants to move on to another, no matter how cool something is. I know the color is not the most desired, but I think everything else makes up for that.

PM me or call me at 916.402.9325 if anyone is seriously interested in the car and i can arrange for a test drive. I am still handling the forums and that attempt to facility the sale. FYI, i have no monetary interest in selling this car, simply helping a good friend out.

                  Thanks,
                  Mike

                        Let me just say....

You guys dogging this car because its Bronzit... your nuts!!

This looks to be a very well sorted out project and I'd be all over it if I could afford about another 5k to offer. Look closer at the pics. The quality is there.

OP... GLWS and your friend must be as anal and OCD as I am .....LOL..... and good for him!!

This is 100% FALSE. I swapped the drivetrain into this car from the owners 325ix which was built at IPB autosport. Valley Motorwerks got the car through BAR. Just wanted to clarify this. I also swapped the suspension and seats into this carbwhen I did the engine work.

Very true, I built the car at IPB-Autosport in an iX body, then Valley Motorwerks got it through BAR, Ryan Gangemi then swapped the drivetrain into this Bronzit '89 325i body from the "original" white 325ix one and Valley Motorwerks then got the "new" body through the BAR.

Absolutely nothing against Impact, they do fine work on a few of the owner's race cars but I just wanted to clarify that they did not build this car. I believe they did a final chip tune on it.

This is a very nice car built with all the best. If I were in the market and had the cash I would buy it myself!

Mike, you know that http://ipb-autosport.com did the engine, suspension and brakes install on the car. :-) Tom Jones did all the work at IPB
