    Feeler 1991 318is m50 swap

    Alright, gauging interest on my 1991 318is which has about 10k on it since the m50 swap. About 203k on the body, swap done about 193k finished in October 2009. Have clean CT title.

    Exterior:
    Original paint except the hood (was replaced at some point in cars life)
    All other panels original
    5k on new Dunlop DS2 snow tires
    DIY smoked euro ellips w/silver star bulbs (high beams are not installed yet but have them)
    SEM painted rear spoiler
    New Roundels
    Driver fender needs to be replaced
    Small rust spot starting at rear pass. side of valence
    CAB's and bushings/tie rods replaced in 2006-2007


    Interior:
    Black vinyl interior, door panels and rear seat are perfect
    Passenger seat has some cracking
    Driver seat is in Ok shape but not great
    All seats function/tilt/recline
    Original radio
    Brand new e46 m3 floor mats
    Perfect dash
    Everything working
    Black dyed carpet
    Dyed rear speaker deck black-looks great

    Engine:
    1992 325i non-vanos m50, unknown miles
    New oil pan gasket
    New Valve cover set
    New NGK plugs
    6 New coil packs
    New intake gaskets
    New thermostat/gasket- lower degree one Wahler
    New rear main seal
    New exhaust gaskets w/ebay stainless headers
    Supersprint replica ebay headers to merge to v-band
    SPD stainless dual 2'' into single 3'' merge
    3'' full stainless exhaust:
    - SPD merge
    - Magnaflow stainless high flow converter 3'' in/out
    - Stainless muffler
    Exhaust work tig welded by Jon Volk @ 666 fabrication in Milford
    Intend on ditching headers and doing turbo setup (hence v-band)
    Excellent compression test numbers (will post numbers later)
    Low mileage MAF
    New Bosch 02 Sensor
    320i brake booster
    New K&N filter
    New Radiator hoses
    New spal electric fan- it is around 1700cfm 14''
    Block painted satin black (VHT)
    Valve cover painted wrinkle black (VHT)
    e34 525 oil pan (obviously)
    secured oil pump nut w/ loctite
    new m20 coolant sensor
    m20 325i starter
    Lightened and resurfaced m20 325i flywheel
    New Saachs 325i clutch
    New euro 323i TOB
    New fluid in getrag 240 trans
    Shortened 240 linkage (professionally welded)
    New pilot bearing
    4.10 Factory LSD w/mobil 1 diff fluid
    e36 325i driveshaft
    New e30 Center support bearing
    New 320i ultra-beefy tranny mounts
    New 535i e28 motor mounts
    Custom heat shield for motor mount next to headers

    Other:
    6 cyl super eta coding plug for cluster
    New stop tech slotted front rotors, Ceramic pads- from Turner motorsport
    Painted calipers gloss black
    New front wheel bearings (FAG OE German!)
    Rear pads about 30% worn (didn't need replacing)
    Full tool kit/jack kit rust free
    Folder 3'' thick of entire history/service history life of car
    Steering rack was replaced $800 bill back in 2003, so I left it and didn't do an e36 rack
    New Mr.Lens fog light lens
    Smoked lamin-x on new fogs
    New Silverstar h3 fog bulbs

    The bad:
    Driver fender needs replacing (rusted so cut out rusted piece)
    Small dent passenger fender/chipped paint
    Chips on hood edges
    CEL intermittant- haven't tracked it down yet-
    Pretty sure it's an intake leak by the brake booster
    Snow tires...
    No a/c

    Well I think that's enough info for a feeler at least.

                      Question for you so you have the 4:10 in there how are the revs in that. Its a clean car i like the swap a lot im looking to do the swap here soon and i need to know if i should get a different diff good luck with the sale

                        It is great for back roads and around town, but on the highway you wish you had taller gearing. I was planning on 3.25lsd with a turbo anyway.
