I am looking for an E30 here in the PNW, I have been a long time VW guy and now its time to switch it up a little bit. I am still a noob thats for sure but I have been surfing the forums for a little while so I have a basic idea of what to look for. The car will not be a daily but more of a fun weekend/track car so interior condition is not very important... I would like to find a 6cyl car unless a clean 318 shows up since they are the lightest (from what I understand). Please no rust on the strut towers the cleaner the shell the better! Manual is a must I wont take an automatic unless its free. I am willing to travel if I have to especially for a clean car!
My budget is not fixed, I would like to spend sub 2k to allow me to use the rest of my budget on suspension, but I can spend up to about 4k for a sorted E30. I feel that for 2k cash I can find a decent mostly stock running drivable E30. There is one in Bellingham for 900 that needs work and one in Renton for 2400 that is daily driveable so I am going off those prices plus others I have seen here on R3. If I am way off let me know but I think I can find a decent car for around 2k.

I figured I would add a pic of my Jetta that is being sold. I am keeping the RM's for my E30 once I find one and I hate sportmaxxxx rims haha
