            yes, that's why I'm a little confused...the S50 only came in 1995 M3 coupes, so any 4 door M3 would have had the S52.

            So maybe the motor you pulled from the 4 door M3 is simply an S52 that already had an S50 intake manifold installed?

            Unless the M3 actually had an S50 swapped in place of the S52 for some reason.

            Did you have to convert the motor from OBDII or was that already taken care of?

              the engine was already obd1. I know what I have. I already looked at the block before I bought it to even make sure it is what it is. No reason to clutter this thread with me knowing and not knowing what I have when I know exactly what I pulled it out of.

                    bump, swapping gas tank and a full coolant flush this weekend.
                    also went from a 10 inch fan to a 16 inch fan since we are driving this car to FL in aug if it doesnt sell by then.

                    oh, the air ride is up fs also for 2500.00
