Alright I have a bunch of inquiries on the car. Had the worst experience today from a potential buyer. Tried haggling with the price and acussing me of being dishonest. Okay I'm going to be straight up with everybody. The back passenger side window doesn't roll down, and the car is not under my name. But I do have the clean title in hand and a bill of sale from the person I bought it from. There will be no problems registering the car. The buyer is a member on here and I'm not going to release any names. But seriously thanks for wasting my time

you should try and disclose all thats needed to know in your original ad.. so you won't run into these kinds of problems. imho your at fault not the buyer.

Hate to do this and I have been going back and forth about this but decided to sell my 4dr 325i. The car is free of dents! NO RUST! runs great! AC works! Interior is super clean as well. It's an auto. This car rides real smooth with no funny noises of any sort. You will not be disappointed! Seriously you guys are giving him a hard time for a window not working and not having the title in his name? Its a 23 year old car, I'd be surprised if they did all work. As to the title I don't remember the last time I bought a car that was titled in the name of the person I got it from. Par for the course down here that they go through 2 or 3 people without being titled.

I agree, best to disclose all you can, but doesn't sound like there is any fraud going on here. Looks to be a descent car for the price if you're looking for a sedan, they are almost impossible to find around here.

I wasn't being dishonest. I just want to post the minor problems so there will never be any further confusion

Now this is the kind of crap that does piss me off. When someone advertises a car for a certain price and then all of a sudden thinks it worth more because there is a lot of interest. If you advertise it for $2k then sell it for $2k. If you want to auction it then put it on ebay.

Do you know what obo is? "OR BEST OFFER" is $2,200 a better offer then $2k? I really don't care nonetheless. I'm just tryna sell my car that's it. The car is priced reasonably IMO. If I feel that a buyer is lowballing me then of course I would go with another person thy offered more. It's not like I'm expecting more then $2k I'm just expecting what I posted up for. And there's plenty of interest.
