I am potentially selling either my car fully swapped, 325i (s52 and 5 lug swap) or just the shell with all brake and suspension parts (no motor, trans, drivetrain/diff). Entertaining reasonable offers for either or both. Just might be time for something a little different. The car is a absolute blast to drive its a serious kick in the pants!! Here is a breakdown.

1989 325i clean title (no rust california/arizona car)

s52 98-around 130k rebuilt twice
zf trans 97-5 speed around 90k

M50 manifold
Custom header back exhaust
AA specialized tune
2.93 lsd
Generic adjustable fuel pressure regulator

Body, suspension, brakes, wheels:
e36 m3 front brakes
e36 318 rear brakes
Ground control adjustable coils
Sway bars 19mm 22mm
17x8 et40 asa ar1 wheels
black sport seats
crack-less dash

An is front lip and m50 manifold has been added sense the pictures have been taken.
Looking in the 10k ball park for the car as a whole.
3.5k for the shell.

In terms of a trade, what are you looking for? So the car in phoenix? Would you consider a trade for something that isn't a BMW? Also, on your flicker picture album, I noticed you had a picture with two BMW 2002. Any chance those are you yours and up for a possible trade? Sorry for the five hundred questions.
