1989 325it touring, located in the US

Car is located in NH. 1989 BMW E30 Touring, 5spd. Approx 155K miles, diamond black/grey cloth heated seats. Crack free dash! Pwr windows and locks. 5 lug, E30 M3 suspension and brakes. 4:10 diff, stainless brake lines, bilstein shocks, H+R springs, rebuilt calipers, 50% tread depth, Car is clean for the year. All work profesionally done. Car lives in the garage most of the time. No winters. Minor blemishes here and there which is to be expected for its age. Comes with 2 sets of seats. Stock cloth seats are non sport and driver seat has a tear. Currently installed are black leather sport seats. I was going to do an S50 swap but never happened. I have many parts for the swap that can also be had for extra. No title. Curently legally registered in NH. Delivery possible for extra. Asking $10,500 obo. Thanks for looking! How many states can you register a car without a title? I know MA won't let you

Some states only require a bill of sale and a prior registration. Sometimes notorized.

And why do you say this? Mass allows cars from NH with no titles to be registered.
