FS 86' 325e Rust free near Chicago good Auto x condidate

I've got a nearly rust free 86' 325e for sale The cars body has some dents and paint is terrible but everything mechanically is working perfect and theres nearly no under body rust. I've been Daily driving the car but I feel that it is more suited for a track motor runs really strong and transmission is smooth

Pros/mods
Car runs perfect didn't have a problem even when it was -4 out
near mint condition tan leather sport seats
fresh rebuilt engine currently has around 35k on it
Fresh used/good transmission put in last summer
Straight pipe made by tree house racing
chipped engine (not sure exactly what chip)
Full ground control suspension kit
E36 rack and pinion swapped in by tree house racing
short throw shifter
Powerflex poly bushings all around
Freshly Rebuilt CV joints
Redline MTL in trans
Dynomat lined doors
ABS works (surprised me coming from an 86!)

Cons
Dash has some cracks
parking brake doesn't work
Paint job is pretty awful (PO did it in garage)
women won't leave you alone when driving this car

starting at $3000 open to offers selling it with the black racing dynamics which have loads of curb rash FYI
