Spotted a few weeks ago and chatted with the owner (young kid mid-twenties). Needs fan clutch. Passed him my number in the event that he decided to sell it. If it was a 5SP I would have made him an offer.
He texted me yesterday and offered me he car for 1K. I told him that if it was a 5SP there wold have been no question, but it's an Auto.
I think it would be a good candidate for a 5sp swap, especially an LSX transplant. If you have an extra set drivetrain around, it' a good option.
If I had the space/time, I would buy it ti flip it.
