Selling my 95 Boston 325i sedan. I bought this car about a year ago for my girlfriend to drive around and she just got herself an x5. It is all stock and in above average condition as e36s go.
Boston green with grey leather
175k miles 2.5l
auto trans
Just passed PA state inspection. Cold A/C, good heat, I replaced the oil filter housing gasket and resealed the valve cover gasket. It has newer plugs and coil boots. The brakes have plenty of life left. Front ball joints were done about a year and a half ago, trans fluid and filter were changed about the same time. New fuel pump installed about 3 months ago
Everything is in working order aside from, known flaws;
When I replaced the fuel pump, the sender was replaced as well and it seems to be sticking at times. The gauge tends to work whenever it feels like it. I will pull it once more to check.
ABS light is on. Precharge pump was swapped with a used unit but it is still no good. I tried coding it thinking that was it but it has a current present fault stored, basically it would need another pump. The threshold is very high to allow a tire lock-up
Trans does not shift 100% like most of the GM trans from this era. It does NOT slip. And NO malfunction warning lights or fault codes. 3-4 gear change at times delays but always upshifts. There is a lot of info on the TH-125 and I believe it to be a sticking shift solenoid (50 dollar part). Just never changed it since the trans still does what it needs to do.
Driveshaft has slight vibration around 35mph.
Damage on nose panel and fading paint on rear bumper can be seen in pictures. Also front rockers must have been used as jack-pads by someone in the past. Driver seat stitching is torn at seam.
It has been a very good car for me and I enjoy driving it. 30mpg highway and very smooth at speed. Good for commuter, 5 speed swap, or use for spec36 race car!

Selling with stock 15" bottlecap wheels with 95% tires.
