Selling a clean 1990 325i 4dr 5pd. Light blue exterior / tan interior.
Asking $3,700 obo.
Everything stock, no mods. Owned since 1999. Currently shows 218k miles on odo.
Runs strong, no major issues, but due to its age a few nuisances:
- Horn started honking on its own so I pulled out the fuse
- Probably need a new temperature sensor and coolant level sensor
- Passenger-side window sometimes work, sometimes does not
- CD/radio (aftermarket Blaupunkt) is acting on its own and does not turn off
- Several warning lights on the instrumental panel and on-board computer are on
On the plus side:
- Clean body
- No cracked interior
- New battery (replaced last year)
- Mechanically sound and strong
The car is currently registered in WA state where I live, but located in San Jose. It never went through CA smog check so I do not know whether it will pass or not. In WA emission tests, it always passed with flying colors. I am the legal owner and have WA title in my hand.
I want to sell this car in the Bay Area rather than transporting it back to WA (too much hassle for me). I will be in San Jose on 5/21 and 5/22, and am motivated to sell on those dates.
